Sarah Parks Horsemanship (SPH) is owned and operated by Sarah Parks who is a Certified Horsemanship Association Accredited Instructor in both English & Western riding disciplines with over 20 years of experience. Sarah shares her passion for horses with her students; honoring that the trust and bond developed between horse and human champions the greatest accomplishment of all. Her riding programs focus on building self-confidence, solid horsemanship principles and developing the leader in us all. She prides her facility for being a place where confidence grows, friendships flourish, and self-doubt and judgment disappear.

An avid rider from a young age, Sarah is a two time American Quarter Horse Association World Champion Qualifier and winner of two National Championship titles at The All American Quarter Horse Congress, the world's largest horse show. Her passion for training horses and teaching people has led her to apprentice with some of the nation's most accomplished equestrians, completing internships in California, Texas, Florida, and Oklahoma to name a few.

PROFESSIONAL HORSEMANSHIP PROGRAMS – “SOMETHING FOR EVERYONE!”

LEADERSHIP IS HORSEMANSHIP SUMMER DAY CAMP: AGES 6-8 and 7-13 YEARS

Leadership is Horsemanship summer day camp is soon approaching!  We are excited to meet our new campers as well as welcome back many familiar faces of campers who come back year after year. It is going to be another AMAZING summer of leadership.

TROT N TOTS: AGES 3-6 YEARS
Here riders experience the special bond with horses starting as young as three years old! Our hugely popular Trot N Tots class was developed especially for the youngest horse lovers aged 3-6 yrs. Parents and Tot’s partner with their very own pony for this interactive hour and a half session of farm-filled fun that includes grooming, riding, fun games on horseback, arts & crafts, snack, plus story time in our rustic Club House. And it’s not just for kids – parents (or guardian, grandma, grandpa, etc.) can participate with them during the class also!

AFTER SCHOOL RIDING PROGRAM: AGES 7 AND UP

This 3 hour, hands-on class equips students with everything they would need to know if they owned their own horse! Participants bond with our friendly, trustworthy horses, meet new friends, & develop the skills, coordination, and self confidence it takes to ride a horse! We teach lessons in groundwork, horsemanship, riding, and responsibility for your own horse or pony. In this group setting students enjoy making new friends, developing their leadership skills and sharing their knowledge in a team atmosphere. Instruction offered in Western & English disciplines.

After School Program runs weeknights Tuesday – Friday, 4-7 p.m. and is booked on a 1st come, 1st serve basis. Register ahead to reserve your preferred night!

Our English and Western instruction focuses on meeting individual goals, building self-confidence and providing a safe and comfortable learning environment to develop horsemanship skills. Individual or group sessions: children and adults, couples, families, siblings, women’s groups – our sessions are tailored to suit.

“LET’S PARTY!” – PONY RIDE EVENTS AND PARTIES
Festivals, family reunions, schools, churches, community and corporate events – we have ponies and horses suited for every special occasion! Our ponies love to travel and can come to your location to celebrate, or visit us here at the ranch and enjoy a western themed party in our rustic 1800’s clubhouse. Kids parties start with our “Tickle Trunk” of crazy birthday costumes to dress up their ponies, then it’s up in the saddle & the fun begins from there, playing fun games on horseback. Our professional staff is fully insured and provides complete clean up to make your special day worry free.
